Heat Exchanger/Condensers

Ideally heat exchanger is a device built for efficient heat transfer from one medium to another. The media may be seperated by a solid wall so that they never mix or they may be in direct contact. They are widely used in space haeting, refrigenration air conditioning, powder plants, chemical plants, petrochemical plants refineries. One common example of heat exchanger is the radiator in a car in which the heat source, being a hot engine cooling fluid, water, transfers heat to air flowing through the radiator (i.e the heat transfer medium).

We are fabricating high quality stainless heat exchanger which are in compliance with SS304 or SS316.The stainless heat exchanger are manufactured with TIG welding and mirror or dull buffing finish. These heat exchanger are highly corrosive in nature and other special applications .

We manufacture a full range of heat exchanger that is comprehensively used for the efficient heat transfer from one fluid to another.Classified on the basis of there flow arrangements, heat exchanger are specially designed to maximize the surface area of the wall between the two fluids and minimizes resistance to fluid flow through the exchanger.Available in verious forms and type, heat exchanger finds various applications.

we design and manufacture shell & tube type heat exchanger and U tube type heat exchanger which consist of a series of tubes, through which one of the fluids runs. The second fluid runs over the tubes to be heated or cooled. The tubes can be arranged as per clients requirements.

We deal in an array of high performance heat exchanger that are made of top grade material.Heat exchanger are made as per clients requirements in terms of area, length and type,"for area the heat exchanger are available from 1 sq.m to 500 Sq.m and for length it is available to 8 meter.Heat exchanger in available in two type viz.single pass and multiple pass".The tubes attached to it are expanded or seal welded.
